At Ed and Don's, we stand behind every product we sell and want to ensure your product to be perfect in every way. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, simply return it within 7 days of receipt and we will replace, exchange, or refund the cost of the item (excluding shipping charges).

Shipping Information


Most Chocolate shipments are FEDEX 2nd Day Air and for Brittles we use USPS 3 to 5 Days originate from Hawaii.  Please note that when shipping to a physical address, an accurate street address complete with suite or apartment number and/or business name is required for proper delivery. Please remember to include your phone number, as it is required as well. Please verify your address, as many packages never make it to their destination because of an invalid address. Ed and Don's will not be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address and/or re-routing fees.
We do our very best to accommodate your shipping requests.  All products are guaranteed to leave our chocolate factory in Hawaii in perfect condition, however, they may be damaged during shipping. Chocolate products may experience melting during delivery.  We do not recommend shipping chocolate products during the summer months (May through September). We ship Monday through Wednesday only, and do recommend overnight rates during these months. 
Please contact us for assistance shipping to a PO Box, FPO, and APO address. 
All shipments to Alaska will be charged an additional $15 separately after the order is processed.
Delivery on holidays and certain dates during busy shipping seasons may not be available. Delays may occur as well.
All orders delivered within the State of Hawaii will be charged 4.712% (Oahu) and 4.166% on all other islands.

Do you have a mail order catalog?

No, unfortunately we do not offer a catalog at this time.  Product flyers are available upon request.

What about out of stock items?
It is rare that we are out of stock on any of our products, however, we will notify you as soon as possible if we cannot meet our promised delivery date.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international delivery service at this time.

Do you ship to PO Boxes, FPO or APO addresses?
Yes, please contact us so that we may be able to assist you in this transaction.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa or Master Card. .

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days upon order confirmation from our Service Rep.

Are your products kosher certified?
No, our products are not kosher certified at this time.

Do you carry sugar-free candies?
No, we do not manufacture sugar-free candies at this time.

Do all of your candies contain nuts?
Most of our products contain nuts or nut oils.  If you are allergic to nuts, we recommend that you do not consume our products.

Do you recommend shipping during summer months?
We do not recommend shipping our chocolate products during summer months.  However, most of our other products will ship nicely during the warmer summer months.

Do you offer factory tours?
Unfortunately, due to safety and health issues, we are unable to offer tours at this time.

Do you have a store?

Yes, we have a retail store located within the same building as our factory on Malaai Street in Honolulu. Our store is open year round from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
